4mation launched the new year by publicly releasing a new suite of integrated web and software tools including Content Management System, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, Ticketing, Membership and Email Marketing. Growth continued, fuelled by the efforts of core team members Dane Eldridge, Scott Morris and Matthew Nurk.
Having developed a powerful e-commerce solution, 4mation was able to expand into new markets. Now working for well known brands including Reebok, Lacoste and Sydney FC, new staff were brought on board to handle demand.
Growing pains! Six years in, 4mation responded to some friendly client feedback that our service was good, but could be better. Growth plans for the year were deliberately shelved, and our test procedures overhauled. With our commitment to quality uncompromised, we were ready for the next phase in our growth. Moving into a second larger office gave us room to spread out, and a more comfortable environment for our staff.
Now with a team of 20 specialist staff, 4mation is still growing strong. While many companies were hit by the GFC in 2009 and forced to make redundancies, 4mation retained its team and still managed to grow. The future looks bright!
