4mation was introduced to Makita as the result of a past client relationship, at a time when the Team Makita customer loyalty program was to be significantly ‘revamped’.

We worked with Makita’s existing communications partner and in-house studio to redevelop the promotional web content, secure members-only website, and the complex database requirements of the revised program.

As a result, we have reduced the cost of management, and increased the quality of communication between Makita and its Team members.
