Our challenge was to build a CRM system to manage fans, sponsors, members, season ticket holders, volunteers, surveys and more. Among other things, this involved importing and standardising existing data from a range of different sources.

The Roosters website is now recognised as a leading NRL club site. 4mation met all objectives for the project and has delivered consistently increasing site traffic.
