Serendis partnered with 4mation to transform its flagship digital product, MentorKey, into a scalable, intuitive SaaS platform.

Originally developed to support mentoring programs, MentorKey had strong content but an under-optimised user experience. 4mation provided UX, design and development expertise to refine the product, simplify user journeys, and enable client self-service. The result was a more intuitive platform serving over 1,000 mentors and mentees, unlocking scalable growth for Serendis without increasing administrative overhead.
