The project was for the implementation of a new in-store fitting system called FITZI, building front-end software to integrate with the custom hardware fitting technology.
The Athlete’s foot is an athletic footwear retailer stocking over 50 brands in 138 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
In order to deliver the world’s most comprehensive fit technology, we developed a clear and concise user story for The Athlete’s Foot and the Fitzi unit.
We helped overhaul their existing FITPRINT system and implement the newly redesigned FITZI system. 4mation built front-end applications for Athlete’s Foot sales assistants’ iPads, as well as the Fitzi fitting kiosk.
This enabled Athlete’s Foot to deliver the world’s most comprehensive fit technology solution to its retail customers, utilising over 4000 sensors in the Fitzi platform to analyse and determine a customer’s gait, foot type, foot pressure and shape.
4mation also built new features to allow families to collate and analyse fittings with improved efficiency, and a staff training module to the base Fitzi system.
