Our result in the study is a testament to our willpower and innovation to retain a happy, engaged, loyal and high performing team.

We communicate early and often

We practice our value of Transparency by encouraging feedback from the entire team via Confluence, our online knowledge base. All Team Members are encouraged to contribute, and every quarter our team prepares a plan with appropriate team members held accountable for delivery. Every member of every team is involved in this process, and encouraged to suggest ideas to help the team, our clients and our business achieve their objectives.

Team members are encouraged to offer suggestions whenever they identify an opportunity for improvement – whether the improvement is internal or with a client. We understand it can be hard to find time to exercise so we encourage our team to participate in daily lunchtime outdoor activities. Healthy, fit people come back feeling fresh and ready to take on the afternoon, which makes for a happier and more productive team.

We also offer an Annual Exercise Initiative to each team member once a year, on the anniversary of their start date at 4mation. Each team member can choose one of several options, all of which help to keep us fit and healthy!

We back ourselves to deliver

We have an autonomous approach to work. Team members are trusted to proactively perform tasks and use their initiative to solve challenges. Our managers are available to provide support on request, but don’t micromanage or check in every few minutes – they trust our team members to do their jobs professionally.
